Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I create my pet's avatar? Sign in, tap "Create", upload a few clear photos of your dog, and fill in their details. Training takes a little while — we'll show progress along the way.
- How do subscriptions work? Standard and Premium are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- How do I restore a purchase? Open the app → Me → subscription page → "Restore Purchases".
- How do I delete my account and data? Open the app → Me → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, photos, and generated content.
